Taking care of our skin on a day-to-day basis will keep us look younger and fresh all year round. Do all we can to keep it soft and supple and to prevent or minimize wrinkles. If we're healthy, it will be reflected in our complexion. But that doesn't mean we should neglect our skin even if we're feeling fine. We do have good skin but years after it could be worse or abuse. There are factors which we cant avoid like sunlight and gravity, make-ups, oils,dirts and residue that could clogged our pores that may result to aging, wrinkles, pimples/acne, etc. Of course we would like to be at our best everyday, by simply taking care of our skin . Here are some tips on how we could keep our skin healthy. Always put moisturizer, sunblock or cream when going outdoor, always remove our make-up before going to bed, and try not to wear a make-up to give our skin a chance to breathe at least a day a week. Washing our face often as we can but depends on how expose you are to dirts. We shoud use facial wash that has antibacterial formula that may help us smoothrn our skin and prevent it from hards chemical that may result to damage and irritated skin and take baths twice a day (morning and evening) to avoid exposing your skin immediately to outdoor air and drinks lots of water to get rid of all the toxic in our body. keeping our skin healthy.Ü
